VAT Added to Kilimanjaro Park Fees from 1st July 2016

On 29th June 2016, the government department responsible for charging park entrance fees announced “The Management of Tanzania National Parks would like to inform all our esteemed customers that the Finance Act 2016 has withdrawn exemptions of VAT in tourism services”, which meant that with just two days notice, all park fees would increase by 18%. The prices below reflect this VAT-added increase and are therefore current with effect from 1st July 2016.
